When I try to distribute ticket 2006 for JB Holland, I keep getting an error (see see below). Overage bushels should be NPE.
Steps:
Create priced contract
Create DP contract
Create scale ticket where distribution type is contract
Manually distribute ticket
Allocate overage units to NPE
Issue:
Unable to distribute ticket.
Acceptance:
Should be able to distribute ticket.
