trying to import the Goldendale tickets from 7/24. An error pops up that says "{color:#0f0f0f}The CSV appears to be corrupt near record '0' field '64 at position '2655'. Current raw data :{color} ......"
I've attached a copy of the zip file that we're trying to import.
Steps:
In remote scale, create a ticket a put a comment (with " ")on each ticket.
Export ticket to server
In main server, import ticket from server
Issue:
Unable to import ticket
Acceptance:
Should be able to import ticket.
