Moisture Discount 1.5%
The setup of the moisture discount looks correct and so does the scale ticket.
During Distribution, the following error message occurs:

Steps:
Create purchase priced contract
Create scale ticket with moisture discount. Attach created contract in ticket
Distribute Ticket
Issue:
Unable to distribute.
