Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-258274 - Scale Ticket bringing in incorrect "vendor"|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-258274]   There is a different vendor on Biggs Barge Elevator remote vs the main server. There must have been duplicates at one time and the wrong one was deleted off Biggs. Also, the vendor on Biggs doesn't exist on the main server so the entity name is being filled in with Dan (not sure how Dan is being selected).   Need to sync the Main Server vendors to Biggs Barge Elevator (MCP_Biggs (SQL INST))     Steps:   In Main Server, go to ticket management > disconnected process   Export Entities/Splits to server.   In Remote scale, go to ticket management > disconnected process   Import Entities/Splits from server     Issue:   Unable to import entities.     Acceptance:   Should be able to import files from server
