Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-242359 - Export remote elevator tickets and import tickets all at once|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-242359]   An email copy of the scale ticket should be sent to the email address listed under the vendor/customer contact information.   Undistribute and Redistribute will send another a new email of the scale ticket to same parties.
