An email copy of the scale ticket should be sent to the email address listed under the vendor/customer contact information.
Undistribute and Redistribute will send another a new email of the scale ticket to same parties. This helps the farmer track changes to the ticket.
2nd requirement: We need to stop the email at distribution on "Import from remote" in ticket management.
