Tickets are failing when being imported through service

Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-250482 - Compuweigh Setup|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-250482]   When CompuWeigh sends the tickets through the service - there are the below errors:   1. Net units are not being included   2. No error response is being generated   3. The generated ticket number is the same - #1362     When Phil drops the files manually into the browser and does not use the service, everything (except discount schedule - SC-3917) imports correctly.   Can you take a look at the service to make sure everything is correct on our side?
