Contract 3767 has a scheduled balance of 950 which is the same bu amount as ticket 65102.
The scheduled doubled for ticket 65102 and you can see when it doubled by checking the contract history on contract 00003767.
This has happened on a few other contracts lately.
Steps to repro:
Create a purchase priced contract.
Create scale load in ticket where distribution type is contract. Save ticket (do not distribute)
Go back to contract and check scheduled balance. Ticket net units should be reflected on scheduled qty.
In ticket, change the vendor.
Issue:
Contract still has scheduled qty after changing entity in ticket.
Acceptance:
Scheduled qty should be removed from contract after changing entity.
