Steps:
In company configuration >enable Auto Create DP feature
In Risk Management, set up settlement price and basis entry.
Create a scale ticket where distribution type is Price Later/DP. Do not select a DP contract when system prompted to select a DP conttract.
Distribute ticket
Issue:

Acceptance:
Should be able to distribute ticket.
DP contract should be automatically created.
