Steps:
Create new ticket.
Create DP contract for 3 entity.
In Risk Management, add settlement price and basis entry.
Create a delivery sheet. Add the 3 entity in split distribution. Delivery sheet distribution type must be DP
Create a scale ticket and attach the DS created.
Distribute ticket.
Check storage created upon distribution.
Acceptance: scale ticket should pass settlement price and basis price to storage.

Receiving grain via scale into DP
1. Modify existing logic for determining inventory valuation when delivery sheet is used.
# Existing logic will be used to get the initial inventory valuation,
# The Settlement price and Basis will still be stored on the IR, but will also stored on the Storage record,
# All subsequent tickets will get the Settlement and Basis de from the storage record
