When selecting a contract on the scale ticket entry screen, not all available contracts are displayed. If you close the screen and click the Contract button again, all the available contracts are displayed. See attached video.
+Steps+:
# Create Load Out ticket
# Enter ticket number,
# Item
# Select Contract as Distribution. Click No to select contract.
# Select Discount Schedule.
# Click Contract button and Yes to Save.
# Review list of contracts.
# Close contract selection screen
# Click Contract button again.
# Review list of contracts.
Issue: Does not display lists of open Contracts.
Acceptance: Clicking Yes in the message display should display all open contracts.
