Steps
Go to Ticket Management > Tickets.
Open ticket number 7528/7529.
Undistribute ticket.
Issue:

Acceptance:
Should be able to undistribute ticket.
Should be able to redistribute ticket and should generate 1 IS only.

Outbound Scale Ticket 7528 has two IS records (IS-9564 and IS-9565). The associated Invoices have been removed, but we are unable to undistribute the Scale Ticket to correct.
