Hello, Cody is receiving the same error this morning again.
"Good morning, so this morning I have the same issues that I had yesterday *.* {color:#2980b9} Starting the ticket I clicked load in, then I put in the driver's name, truck ID, reference, then selected the delivery sheet, and clicked gross. It took the gross weight. I dump the truck then I went to get the Tare weight, It gave me the same error as yesterday. When the error popped up the drivers name, truck ID, reference ID all disappeared. I okayed the error, Try to get that tare again, And the same thing happened. This time I OK the error, And manually type in the tare weight and it worked."{color}

ACCEPTANCE:
Should no error displayed when getting Scale Weights (Gross and Tare) with entered Driver's name, Truck ID, Reference.
