STEPS:
1. Open Discount Code, set the Discount Charge Type = Percent
2. Create Scale ticket, enter Discount grades and print
ISSUE:
When print a scale ticket it rounds the discount to a whole number. When you view the ticket it has all of the decimals but when you print the ticket it rounds it to the nearest whole number. We need it to show the discount in entirety. We can not have a farmer coming back to us saying we discounted them to much when we paid them if we show 2% but are charging 2.25%

ACCEPTANCE:
ALL Scale Ticket reports should display the actual Discount Amount/Rate from Scale Ticket screen.
