Create settlement price in risk management.
Create load out ticket where distribution type is contract.
Set gross weight = 57000lb. Tare weight = 1000lb
Distribute ticket. It will generate invoice.
Issue:
Priced of generated invoice came from Risk Management (Settlement Price + basis price of contract).

Acceptance:
