STEPS:
1. Create Delivery Sheet

2. Create Scale Ticket and apply the created Delivery Sheet.

3. Open the Delivery Sheet and change the Entity, Item and Storage then save.

4. Go back to Scale ticket. Do not re-select the Delivery sheet. Click Distribute button
*ISSUE:*
Able to distribute the Ticket where the ticket details does not match with the Delivery sheet.

When the user create another ticket and apply the Delivery sheet, this is the result.

*ACCEPTANCE:*
There should have a cross checking of ticket details vs. the selected delivery sheet before allowing to distribute the ticket.
Should have a validation message like this: " Ticket Entity, Item or Location does not match with the selected Delivery Sheet. Please check the Delivery sheet and re-select it again."
