change deliverysheet to blank when selecting item in ticket screen.

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-236731 - Delivery Sheet 1009-19053 is wrong|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-236731]     STEPS:   1. Create Delivery Sheet   !pastedImage_d125106_0.png|height=706,width=1011!   2. Create Scale Ticket and apply the created Delivery Sheet.   !pastedImage_d125106_1.png|height=739,width=998!   3. Open the Delivery Sheet and change the Entity, Item and Storage then save.   !pastedImage_d125106_2.png|height=708,width=1019!   4. Go back to Scale ticket. Do not re-select the Delivery sheet. Click Distribute button   *ISSUE:*   Able to distribute the Ticket where the ticket details does not match with the Delivery sheet.   !pastedImage_d125106_3.png|height=736,width=995!   When the user create another ticket and apply the Delivery sheet, this is the result.   !pastedImage_d125106_4.png|height=264,width=1535!     *ACCEPTANCE:*   There should have a cross checking of ticket details vs. the selected delivery sheet before allowing to distribute the ticket.   Should have a validation message like this: " Ticket Entity, Item or Location does not match with the selected Delivery Sheet. Please check the Delivery sheet and re-select it again."
