The following scale tickets will not delete and when attempting to delete the following message appears and the ticket changes to a different ticket.
SCT-9852, 9587, 9446, 9442, 9438 and 9437
Example: Ticket sct-9587

After you click Delete
ticket changes to 5620

Steps to reproduce:
Create a scale load in ticket.
Click load toolbar button.
Details from load schedule should populate ticket fields.
Click Delete.

Acceptance:
Should be able to delete ticket.
