Steps:
Go to Ticket Management > Delivery Sheet.
Open an existing delivery sheet and click print.
Issue:
Open and reopened ticket are included in print out.
Acceptance:
Only completed tickets are included in the print out.

DS Print displays ticket that have not been distributed
Example: 1008-19029
DS print lists ticket 270313 but that ticket is Reopened. The ticket has the DS number on it.
