Description Steps:   Go to Ticket Management > Delivery Sheet.   Open an existing delivery sheet and click print.     Issue:   Open and reopened ticket are included in print out.     Acceptance:   Only completed tickets are included in the print out.       This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket.
