Steps:
In Sales > Invoice, delete the invoice that is associated in scale ticket.
Go to Ticket Management > Ticket.
Search and open the ticket number to be undistributed.
Click Undistribute.
Issue:
Unable to undistribute these following tickets using Creston database:
Scale ticket 5099
Scale ticket 5100
Scale ticket 5118
Scale ticket 5177
Acceptance:
Should be able to undistribute ticket.
