Steps:
From ticket management > Ticket.
Open ticket number 5192/5162
Click Distribute.
Issue:
* Scale ticket 5192
** user selected LS-5656
** user distributed scale ticket
** Distribution failed
** LS-5656 was no longer on the scale ticket
** LS-5656 is not available to reselect
** LS-5656 shows that it has been used by Scale ticket 5192
** !pastedImage_d122775_0.png|height=251,width=1350!
Acceptance:
* LS-5656 needs to be made available again for use on scale ticket 5192
* Need to sussessfully distribute scale ticket 5192
