For the Portal User, add the Delivery Sheet hyperlink on the storage search screen. A non-portal user the hyperlink is there and works correctly.
Example:
Portal User

Non-Portal User.

Steps:
Log in as portal user.
Go to Storage screen under Grain.
Select an existing record.
Acceptance:
Should be able to track down the source of transaction (e.g Scale Ticket, Delivery Sheet, Transfer)
Enhancement made:
Added Open Transaction button to track the source of storage.
