Steps:
# Pre Requirements:
## Grader service with grader must be installed
## Grade reading for moisture must be at a discountable level.
### for this case, Above 13% moisture
# Enter load in ticket
# Select vendor
# Select item
# Hit "Get Grades" Button
# using 7/26/19 scale/grader service
Issue:
# When pulling in grade readings with an installed grader service and the grade is at a discountable level, the discount reading is incorrect.
# Discount at 13.6% moisture should be 2.25% of price
# The discount displayed is 225%
