[HDTN-234197 - trying to distribute scale ticket 869 for scale 1019|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-234197]
Steps:
Create a delivery sheet in remote station. (split with Open storage and Delayed Pricing)
Create a ticket in remote station then apply the delivery sheet.
Distribute the ticket.
Export ticket to server.
In main server import ticket from scale.
Issues:
Issue 1: Split percentage was 200% instead of 100%
Issue 2: Missing units for the DP portion. See screenshot below.
Issue 3: Unable to distribute ticket 869. Unable to create the Inventory Receipt. The total is going to be negative.

Issue 2:

Acceptance:
1. Split should be 100% after exporting
2. DP units should fall under DP column in summary grid.
3. After posting delivery sheet it should create an IR.
