Steps:
1. Using creston99 DB (07/30/2019) search ticket 1339.
2. Open the ticket.
3. Click destination weight/grade.
4. Click Unpost.
Issue:
I'm trying to fix South Dakota Soy Producer invoices for Zeeland and ran into an unposted invoice that I cannot delete.
Error when trying to delete:

I tried to unpost the destination grades on the ticket and received a different error:
!pastedImage_d122217_1.png|height=448,width=500!
I also tried to post and then unpost the invoice and received a different error:
!pastedImage_d122217_2.png|height=362,width=498!
To continue testing, I need to:
# Delete invoice SI-6252
# Unpost and repost destination grades on TKT 1339 at the DWNTN scale station.
Acceptance:
Should be able to unpost and post the destination weight/grade.
