Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-234066 - Ticket Pool setting - Contract Exits but Not Used is preventing distribution.|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-234066]     In the scale Ticket Pool, the setting for Contract Exits but Not Used is set to no. When contacts exists but not availabe (not within Early Days), scale is preventing the ticket from Distributing.   If you change the Distribution to Contract, the contract selection window will open but no contracts are listed.   + *Steps* +:   # Create Purchase Contract with Start and End Date of the sequence in the future. # Confirm Early Days is set to zero, in the Company Configuration - Contracts. # Set Ticket Pool for Load In tickets - Contract Exits but Not Used to Stop # Create Load In scale ticket but set the Distribution to Spot Sale # Select Manual Distribution   !pastedImage_d122230_0.png|height=512,width=759!     !pastedImage_d122230_1.png|height=366,width=509!
