* Load 5005, disconnected contract 10489 -1 from LS was in process of connecting it to 10489-2
* LS-5005 was selected on Scale Ticket 4829 and saved
* LS-5005 was then disconnected from Scale Ticket 4829 and saved
* I am not unable to change the contract on LS-5005 is it still shows it is being used on Ticket 4829

Steps
1. Create a purchase contract.
2. Create 2 sequence.
3. Create load shipment for each sequence.
4. Create a load in ticket where distribution type = load.
5. Select the first load schedule generated. Click Save.
6. Click the load button.
7. Change the load schedule to second load generated. Click save.
8. Create another load in ticket where distribution type is load.
9. Select the 1st load.
Issue:
Unable to reuse the load previously attached to another ticket.
Acceptance:
Should be able to reuse load that already detached in ticket.
