Steps:
# Create Sale Priced Contract
# Create scale ticket and Distribute
# Review Contract
# Void scale ticket.
Issue:
After voiding ticket, contract still has scheduled quantity.
Scheduled quantity is doubled after voiding ticket.

Acceptance:
Contract should not have any scheduled quantity.
