User starts an inbound scale ticket. User selects the "Gross" Button From Inbound Scale 1, Internal Server Error is displayed, user is required to close the ticket screen and re open. Each time the user tried to hit the Gross button to get the weight on the ticket, the internal server error is displayed. User Has Cleared Cache already.
Steps:
Create a new scale ticket.
Once scale ticket window is open, hit F3 button.
Issue:
Internal Server Error
Acceptance:
Should be able to get the scale reading.
