Issue:
* 3 scale services are running
* Scale screen has 3 scales active
* Weights in Scale screen aren't always displaying the accurate weight that is on the scale head.
* When the user selects the gross or tare button it will bring in the correct weight that is displayed on the scale head but the weights displayed in the ticket screen are still incorrect.
* User has to refresh the browser to get the weights are the scale screen to refresh and read accurately.
Acceptance:
* Scale screen should always display the current weights from the scale service.
