Unable to lock/unlock grid summary for imported delivery sheet from remote

Description Steps:   1. From Remote, create Delivery Sheet and associate on ticket.   2. Export the ticket from Remote.   3. Import the ticket from Main Server.   4. Open the imported delivery sheet from Main Server   Issue:   Grid Summary is disabled   Acceptance:   Should be able to unlock the grid
