New Remote scale process does not allow remote scale operators to add new splits to the entity, Splits can be added to the Delivery Sheet, Splits added to the entity must be completed on the main and exported to the remotes
Short term solution is to add the splits to the main server and run a script to add the splits to the remote
Need to build Xref table for, Entity, Categories, Farm/Field, Storage Types, Distributions and Entity Type
