STEPS:
1. PAtch the latest ScaleService.exe from SC-2816
2. stopped the scale service from Task manager
3. Uninstall the previous scale service
4. Install the latest Scale service
5. Configure the Physical scale
6. Restart the Scale service from Task Manager
ISSUE:
Scale weights are not getting from the scale header
ACCEPTANCE:
Should be able to get the scale weights from scale head reading
