Steps:
1. Create new Item and set this UOM.

2. Create Priced Purchase Contract where Weights and Grade is Destination.

3. Create Sales Basis Contract where Weights and Grade is Destination. Do not price the contract.

4. Create Settlement Price:

5. Generate Load Schedule for these contracts.

6. Create Direct In ticket and select this schedule and distribute.
Issue 1: Distribute button is still enabled.

7. Open the created Direct Out ticket through Direct In's Match Ticket hyperlink and distribute.
Issue 2: Distribute button is still enabled too.

8. From Direct Out ticket click Destination Weight/Grade and post it without changes.

9. Unpost the Destination Weight/Grade and close.
10. Reopen the Direct Out ticket from Ticket search. Distribute button is now hidden which is correct.

11. Click Undistribute button and select Yes on warning message.
Issue 3:

Acceptance:
1. Direct In's Distribute button should be disabled
2. Direct Out's Distribute button should be disabled
