[Scale Ticket] - Unable to open imported Scale Tickets from Remotes

Description *STEPS:*   1. From Remote Station (ex. BIGGS BARGE), create Scale Tickets at least 10 then click Transfer Ready   2. Export to Server   3. From Main server (Scale2), import tickets.   4. Open Scale Tickets   *ISSUE:*   !pastedImage_d118732_0.png!   *ACCEPTANCE:*   Should be able to open imported Scale Tickets from Remotes   Also, should be able to create Scale Tickets from Main (for testing purposes)
