Steps:
1.Make sure that Farm Field from Entity Split screen has value. Sample:

2. Create Delivery Sheet and select the vendor.
3. Select the Split Entity with Farm.
Issue:
Farm value on Entity Split is not showing on Delivery Sheet Farm/Field
Acceptance:
Selected Split in Delivery sheet auto populate the Split Entities and Farm/Field
