There is a scale station RSI that is attached to ticket pool 006. This pool only allows transfers. However, there are Load Out tickets in there. They were processed by starting a new ticket and clicking "Load" to select a load. It appears that overrides checking the ticket types allowed for the station. I am not sure that is how it should work. Seems it should be checking and giving an error that the type is not allowed.
*STEPS:*
1. From Ticket Pool,open an existing record (Ex. 01)
2. For Load In Types, enable the Ticket Type Allowed and save
3. Create new Scale Ticket
*ISSUE:*
Load button is enabled.
*ACCEPTANCE:*
1. Load button should be disabled on new Scale Ticket
2. If Ticket Type Allowed is enabled for specific Ticket Types, Load In button should becomes available.
3. Clicking the Load button should only display the available Load schedule for specific Ticket Type selected.
