1. Create new item
2. Create Direct Inventory Receipt to increase Item On Hand.

3. From Ticket Management > Tickets, click Station
4. Select the Destination location
5. Create Transfer Ticket
6. Specify the Origin Location and Destination Stor.Location and Units
7. Click Distribute button

Should be able to distribute the Transfer ticket where the units should be transferred to new location
