[Scale Ticket] - 4 Scale Stations enabled but none is working

Description STEPS:   1. Create 4 Physical Scale and configure.   2. Enable all 4 Physical scales from Scale Station Settings.   !pastedImage_d115396_0.png!   3. Change the scale config. (scale.text) from c:\ scale   4. Set the Device ID to 3   5. Restart scale service   6. Open the Physical scale and click Test   It gets the test weight   !pastedImage_d115396_1.png!   7. Open the Scale Ticket and create ticket   8. Use the scale simulator to get the weights from scale head #3.   ISSUE:   Weights from Scale Head 3 is not getting the scale weights   !pastedImage_d115396_2.png!   When I go back to Physical Scale 3 and click Test, Weights and Ticket Date was reset to 0   !pastedImage_d115396_3.png!   *ACCEPTANCE:*   Should be able to get the weight reading from the Scale Head configured.
