Import Logs error when importing Ticket with Delivery Sheet through Import Data > From Local Directory

Description Steps:   1. From Remote station, login as Scale Operator   2. From Ticket Management > Delivery Sheet > click New   3. Enter Delivery Sheet information and generate delivery sheet   4. From Ticket Management > click New   5. Enter Scale Ticket information, apply the Delivery Sheet and save   6. Click Transfer Ready button   7. From Ready to Transfer tab, click Export to Server button   8. Once exported, manually copy paste the exported file to Main Server pc.   9. From Main server, go to Ticket Management > click Tickets, click Import Data > From Local Directory   10. Click Browse button and locate the file and open   Issue:   !pastedImage_d113417_0.png!   Acceptance:   Should not show eeror on Import Logs and show the csv file on the text field
