Auto import from Remote is not working

Description Steps:   1. From Main server, create Delivery Sheet and export.   2. Log on remote server. and open Ticket search.   3. Wait until the specified time from Company Configuration > Ticket Management > Remote Frequency Check for the auto import to process   Issue:   It did not import the delivery sheet to remote server   Acceptance:   Should auto import the delivery sheet to remote server
