*STEPS:*
1. Create Purchase Priced Contract
2. Go to Additional Info tab, click the Prepaid
It will create Vendor Prepayment
3. Enter Quantity then post it. Click Pay and post
4. Create Scale Ticket and apply the Contract
5. Enter Gross and Tare Weight and click Distribute button
*ISSUE:*
Could not distribute ticket with applied prepaid on selected contract

*ACCEPTANCE:*
Should be able to distribute Scale Ticket contract with applied prepayment.
