Multiple ticket issues

Description Ticket 937 has 2 issues -   1 - It was undistributed. It is making Storage Unit Mandatory even though the scale station doesn't require it.   2 - The option to enter destination weights/grades is not available, even though the contract specifies.   Can't do anything with the ticket.     !pastedImage_d108837_0.png!   *STEPS TO REPRODUCE FOR ISSUE #1:*     1. Set the i21 user Unrestricted option to 'TRUE'.   !pastedImage_d108837_1.png!   2. Make the 2 different Scale Station Settings option different:   !pastedImage_d108837_2.png!   3. From Ticket Management > Tickets, click Station. Select Scale Station FWA   !pastedImage_d108837_3.png!   4. Create new Scale Ticket and Distribute. Close the Ticket screen.   5. Change the Scale Station to IND.   6. Open the distributed Scale Ticket under Scale Station FWA and undistribute it.   *ISSUE:*   Scale Ticket got blank.   !pastedImage_d108837_4.png!   When I close the Ticket screen and open the Reopened ticket, Storage Unit field is now required (coming from the Scale Station that is currently selected).   !pastedImage_d108837_5.png!     *ACCEPTANCE:*   Should be able to determine what Scale Station should be using.
