*STEPS:*
1. Create Transfer Out Scale Ticket and distribute
2. Create Transfer In Scale Ticket and match the Ticket
3. Click Distribute button
*ISSUE:*
This error message is displaying.

Should be able to distribute Transfer In Scale Ticket.
