*STEPS:*
1. Create 2 DP Contracts with different Location (i.e. FortWayne and Indianapolis)
2. Create Purchase Basis Contract with 2 Sequence with different Location (i.e. FortWayne and Indianapolis)
3. Create Settlement Price
4. Create Basis Entry. Enter Basis/Discount for Basis Contract in location Indianapolis
5. Create Load In Scale Ticket and apply the DP Contract in location Indianapolis
6. Distribute Ticket.
*ISSUE:*
Unable to distribute scale ticket.

*Findings:*
Scale does not pass the Location to Risk Management. Risk Management is getting the top one basis entry.
*ACCEPTANCE:*
Scale should pass the location so that RM should get the correct location.
Should be able to distribute Scale ticket and get the Future and Basis Price from Risk Management.
