Use the current Production Evidence (renamed to Production History) report format but use the IR quantity instead of the ticket Net Units.
+Acceptance+:
# Create a new Production Evidence report that uses the IR for the source of the data.
# Calculate the Shrink = Gross - Net = Shrink (since shrink is not on the IR).
# Add Total line for each group of tickets by split name.
