Steps:
1. Create Contract, Pricing Type is DP (Priced Later).

2. Create Ticket and distribute.

Issue: Clicking Distributed did not open the Manually Distribute screen. Also, as shown in the screenshot, it showed both Distribute and Undistribute buttons disabled. When Save is clicked, it did not save the record. When Close is clicked, it showed the save confirmation message.

Acceptance criteria: Clicking Distribute should open Manually Distribute screen.
