*STEPS:*
A. Create Transfer Out Scale Ticket and distribute Ticket.
It will create posted Inventory Transfer.
*ISSUE #1:*
Item Cost is missing in Inventory Transfer.
B. Create Transfer In Scale Ticket, select the match ticket and distribute ticket.
It will create posted Inventory Receipt.
*ISSUE #2:*
Item Cost does not pass onto Inventory Receipt.
Inventory Receipt Transfer Order line is missing in Inventory Valuation
*ACCEPTANCE:*
1. Item Cost should be passed onto Inventory Transfer and Inventory Receipt.
2. Inventory Receipt Transfer Order line should be impacted in Inventory Valuation
