Steps:
* Open ticket with Status: Completed
* Once ticket opens in Scale Screen, Open another Ticket from the "Tickets in the Yard" section
* Storage Unit is cleared out
* Ticket screen changes from "ready" to "edited"
* User is prompted to save
* If user selects yes, the completed ticket is saved with the storage unit removed.
Issue:
* Scale removes storage unit from a completed ticket
Acceptance:
* Completed tickets should not be editable unless the ticket is first undistributed.
