[ticket entry] - Contract selection button is not filtering by item and entity

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-218501 - Selecting contract issue|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-218501] Selecting the contract button in ticket entry is listing all open contracts and not filtering by entity and item.   Example:     Click the Contract button   !pastedImage_d105693_0.png!   This is the list that displays:   !pastedImage_d105693_1.png!   Adding a filter will filter by both the item and entity.   !pastedImage_d105693_2.png!   +Acceptance:+   # Display the Item filter and set it read only. # Add a filter for the entity from ticket entry. # Add abilty to remove entity filter so that user can apply the units to different entity contract.
