Steps:
Create a delivery sheet with distribution = delayed pricing.
Create a purchase DP contract.
Create a settlement price in risk management.
Create basis entry in risk management.
Create a ticket and attach the delivery sheet you created in step 1.
Distribute the ticket.
Go to delivery sheet and enter grade.
Post the delivery sheet.
Check the IR created.
Issue:
IR does not have the inventory value from Risk.

Acceptance:
Cost should get value from settlement and basis entry.
