Description Steps:   * Created User Role: Logistics * Created Screen Permission for Scale: set to View Only * !pastedImage_d103798_0.png! * Logged in as user with the user role : Logistics * Open Scale Ticket ** All lines are grayed out (view only) ** Place cursor on Ticket Number Line ** Hit Tab ** Ticket is now editable   Issue   * Screen set to "view only" should not be editable
